We're sorry that you didn't like your order, we always want you to be happy with our products so let us make things right. Please read through our Returns Policy, then let's get started on your online return.

1- First Check out Our 3 Refund Options

► Get a Gift Card
Receive an Amorium gift card for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and you won't be charged a processing fee.

► Get a Refund
Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.99 handling & processing fee when you use our shipping label.

► Exchange Your item
Do you love it but need a different size?
We're happy to exchange your piece within 14 days of your order. Kindly, send back the item in its original packaging and wrap it securely to prevent any damage. In case, the item does not arrive in its original packaging, the item, unfortunately, will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. All returns, exchanges, and repair requests come with Free Shipping. Please note That exchanges after 14 days you'll be subject to the shipping and handling fees.

2- Our Return & Refund Policy

► Eligibility window
To qualify for a return, items must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). 

► Items not eligible for refund, returns, repairs, exchange, or store credit

  • Items that are marked for sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Items that are damaged beyond repair through physical force (i.e. stepped on, broken in half, etc.)
► Can I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from Amorium as a gift, you can still return it! We'll issue you Amorium Jewelry credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to you. Your gift card can be either used by you or a loved one. Just Contact-Us to get your free shipping label.

 

► Can I get a full refund for items purchased with a discount or a promo code?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

► How long does it take for my refund to be issued?
Your refund will be issued to your card and it may take 5-10 business days for it to be seen in your bank statement. This varies depending on your bank.

► What if there was something wrong with my order?
If something has gone wrong with your Order or refund. If you have any other question or request you can always Contact-Us for both Domestic & International Orders. 

3- How to make returns & exchanges

► Step 1: Submit Your Request
Fill in Amorium Return & Refund form, Select your item(s), and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new different size/color/pattern) on the return form.
Please note that we won't be able to process your return or exchange without the return form.

► Step 2: Get your shipping label
Once we receive your Request from the Contact-Us form, we'll email you back a shipping label. If you've selected 'Gift Card' or 'Exchange,' it's free! If you selected 'Refund,' we'll deduct $5.99 as the shipping & handling fee.

► Step 3: Pack it up
Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) in a securely sealed shipping package.

► Step 4: Send it
Place your printed shipping label on your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it) & send it, don't forget to write down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

► Returns with US Postal Service

  1. Take your package to a US Post Office. You can find the nearest location to you here.
  2. Be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier, leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
► Returns with FedEx
  1. Take your package to a FedEx store. You can find the nearest store to you from here.
  2. Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.

► Please note that:

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
  • If you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label Amorium provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
