We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
You need the tracking number you received in your email to track your order through US Postal Services or FedEx depending on your preferred shipment method. If you can't find the tracking number email, you can login to your account to view the tracking number. For guests we have an order status page at the bottum menu under the Account section for you to track your order.
Domestic Orders: for all orders within U.S territories We offer FREE shipping through U.S Postal Service.
International Orders: We offer FREE shipping through U.S Postal Service for orders above $70, and through FedEx for orders above $200.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our orders, you can pick your carrier at checkout.
If you've placed and order that you which to change or modify, please contact us immediately.
You can only modify & edit orders that are not processed. It usually takes 30 minutes for us to start processing the orders.
Yes! We accept returns on merchandise up to 30 days of shipment.
To return an order, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Then, return the merchandise with the envelope and shipping material it was sent in, along with a note detailing the reason for the return with your contact information.

Yes! Items purchased within 30 days can repaired. All other jewelry purchased after 30 days are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.
No. Promos may only be applied to orders at time of checkout. You can use your promo code on any new order before its expiration date.
