Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I want to share with all of you Amorium followers this irresistible " Three step cookies" recipe. The name speaks for itself, in only three steps,you would make DELICIOUS no-bake cookies! easy-pb-cookies-recipe2 For this recipe you would need: -80 round Ritz plain Crackers -about 3/4 cup Creamy peanut butter -2 1/2 pounds White chocolate Follow the steps and make it yourself:
  1. Spread peanut butter on the crackers and make forty little sandwiches by putting one cracker in top of the other one.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe dish on the microwave at a low setting and stirring every 25 seconds.
  3. Dip the cracker sandwiches in the melted white chocolate or set them in a wire rack and put the chocolate over the top of the crackers.
  4. Allow the white chocolate coating to set before serving.
  5. Better to be eaten cold.
