Hello followers! Summer is now over and our favorite cozy and rainy days are around the corner! It is cooler outside and what a better idea than to cook a fall-ish dessert? Amorium wants to welcome Fall with a yummy recipe that you will never get tired of making! And since it is pumpkin season let's go for a delicious pumpkin cake!   • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups confectioners of sugar
  • 1 table spoon of water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 table spoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  1. Butter a cake pan, set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and set aside.
  3. Whip the egg whites.
  4. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until it becomes light ( recommended 5 to 6 minutes)
  5. Mix in the melted butter with water and combine both.
  6. Add the flour mixing well to break down all the crumbs.
  7. Beat in the milk and the vanilla together.
  8. Add the pumpkin and pumpkin spice and whip until smooth.
  9. Slowly add the egg whites , whipping gently until smooth.
  10. Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
  11. Set the pan on a baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes.
  12. Cool completely before dusting some confectioners sugar at the top of the cake.
  13. Slice cake into squares to make it comfortable to eat.
