Generally, The top band of the ring will fit according to the size of the area right above your knuckle. The bottom band of the ring will fit according to the size of the area below your knuckle. Whichever fingers you choose to wear your full finger ring on just make sure you measure the correct finger first . 5 Step DIY Ring Measure Guide: Things You Will Need: 1: Ruler 2: Paper 3.Scissors Step By Step: 1: Cut out thin, rectangular strips of paper. The strips should measure out to about 2 ½ inches in width and ¼ of an inch in length. 2: With the strip of paper, wrap it around the fingers you wish to wear your ring on. 3:Place the first strip above your knuckle but below your joint. Mark the spots where the paper meets and then use your ruler to measure the length. 4: Take the second strip and wrap this strip around the area below your knuckle for results for your normal ring size.
