Making a return?
We're sorry that you don't love your order, we always want you to be happy with our products so let us make things right. Please read through our Returns Policy, then let's get started on your online return.

You have 3 options:
Receive an Amorium gift card for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and you won't be charged a processing fee.
Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.99 handling & processing fee when you use our shipping label.
Love it but need a different size? We're happy to exchange the piece within 14 days of your order. Merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and wrapped securely to prevent any damage. In that the item does not arrive in original packaging, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All returns, exchanges and repair requests come with free shipping. For exchanges after 14 days you'll be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
Our Return Policies
To qualify for a return, items must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). You need to download & fill out a return form that's available here. We won't be able to make returns without this form.
Items Not Eligible for Refund, Returns, Repairs, Exchange or Store Credit:
- Items that are marked for sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Items that are damaged beyond repair through physical force (i.e. stepped on, broken in half, etc.)
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from Amorium as a gift, you can still return! We'll issue you Amorium Jewelry credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to you. Your gift card can be either used by you or a loved one. Please contact us to get your free shipping label.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
How long does it take to for my refund to be issued?
Your refund will be issued to your card and it may take 2-7 business days for it to be seen in your bank statement. This varies depending on your bank.
What if there was something wrong with my order?

US Territories & International Orders:

How to make returns & exchanges
Select your order, select your item(s), and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new different size/color/pattern) on the return form. We won't be able to process your return or exchange without the return form.
Once you return the form back to us we'll email you a shipping label. If you've selected 'Gift Card' or 'Exchange,' it's free! If you selected 'Refund,' we'll deduct $5.99 as shipping & handling fee.
Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) and the order returns form in a securely sealed shipping package.
Send it. Place your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Return your package via the US Postal Service or FedEx.
For US Postal Service:
- Take your package to a US Post Office. Find locations here.
- Be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
- Take your package to a FedEx store. Find locations here.
- Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Please note: If you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label Amorium provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
